Frequently Asked Questions

Are the graphics ready for print?

Yes. All graphics are delivered as high-resolution PNG or PSD files, fully usable for printing. However, they are not color-separated. Since we don’t know your final production method (screen printing, DTG, sublimation, etc.), separation is the responsibility of the customer and/or your print partner.

Can I request specific themes or styles?

Absolutely. After purchase, you’ll receive a short survey where you can upload references, call out specific themes and let us know what to avoid. This helps us shape the direction of your custom asset pack - but final creative decisions will be made by the GFXWRLD Studio team.

Can I add text or logo placement suggestions?

Yes. Each package includes the option to upgrade with "Suggested Logo Placements"- selecting this options will give you directional layers for logo/text placement based on your brand’s vibe.

Will I get previews during the process?

No. This is a fully curated service. Once direction is submitted, you are trusting our team to deliver the strongest possible results based on your input. No in-process feedback or revisions are offered.

What can I use the graphics for?

Once delivered, you have full ownership of the artwork and can use it for any commercial purpose - apparel, marketing, packaging or otherwise.

How long does it take?

Delivery is typically 3–5 business days depending on package size. Larger packs or add-ons may take slightly longer.

Can I resell the graphics on their own?

No. Graphics are licensed for use by your brand only and cannot be repackaged or resold as standalone design assets.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the graphics?

Due to the custom nature of this service and that of digital products, all sales are final. That’s why we take the intake survey seriously and use it to shape the direction before we begin.
